Project complete and house sold within one week of listing.

The project is almost complete. The interior is being painted and the home will be ready to list with a Realtor in the next few weeks.

Project is moving along. Framing inspection and enclosure are complete. Electrical in progress.

The project is progressing. PSEG has stopped all new gas connections because the gas line under Long Island Sound has been delayed for environmental review, therefore we are switching to propane with natural gas feeds to be sleeved and installed for future conversion.

Foundation excavation and installation of water and sewer lines has started.

The demolition permit has been submitted for the detached garage and sheds to clear the property for final subdivision. A copy of the filing receipt with be mailed today. The town will require an asbestos report from a licensed asbestos inspector.
