We received ZBA approval from Town of Islip for the two foot side yard encroachment for the second floor chimney area. Written approval is usually received within one week at which time we will resubmit the plan to the building department for an amended permit.

Project is progressing. Filing ZBA next week for second front yard side setback.  Almost fully enclosed. Final windows are next.
Second floor framing has started.  The revised design proposal is complete and ready for preview.
