East Islip: Foundation is for infill lot #2 on the 2 lot subdivision. Health approvals have been received for lot #1 and everything has been submitted to the town. Waiting for their first list of review comments.  Construction on lot #2 has begun. Subdivision applications have been submitted to DOH and Islip Engineering.
