We've started working on thed esign. I envision a slightly more modern farmhouse style for your redesign. Maintenance free white vertical bead board has been slowly breaking into designs the last few years, and now it's very prevalent on higher end homes. I'd also incorporate dark brown or black sashed windows to contrast the white siding. We could take this opportunity to mix in a little faux cultured stone to replace the existing brick veneer. I like the look of standing seam metal roofing, but it's expensive. I would recommend sticking with a standard grey roof shingle and using that budget money on your kitchen/bathroom renovation instead.

Nothing is set in stone and we are very flexible with our design philosophy. We can show you anything in 3d and make changes as we develop the project further.

Let me know what you think.
