Comments:  The client wanted to double the footprint of the house by adding a continuous rear addition along the entire house, and then add a farmhouse unfinished attic with enough headroom so they could add and second floor within the dormers at a later time. During construction the client had an addition to their family, and decided to add the second floor finished attic to the construction project. It's presently under construction.
