Comments: Our client wanted to dramatically increase the size of their home and build a larger garage for the SUV. The project had a variance denied because a neighbor objected to the size and proximity to his own house, which led us to revise the scope of the project. We still managed to maintain the basic design, but modified certain aspects of the footprint.
