Location: Point Lookout

 

Comments: The project required multiple variances from Hempstead Town. The size of the house quadrupled from the original small house. The third floor loft allows waterviews of Reynolds Channel to the north and the Atlantic ocean to the south. A rear third floor roof deck was added at the end of the project which is not represented in the proposed rendering but can be seen in the final picture.
