Comments: Client's required a second floor addition for their expanding family. They gave us some design ideas and photos based on some older Arts and Crafts homes. This home required a complicated septic system installation because the property lies over a "clay pot" which does not easily drain sewage. It was also within one block of Long Island Sound which compounded the septic design problems because of the high water table in the area.
